He shaved!

I have been married to Michael for six years and have never seen him without his beard until tonight. He has been talking about shaving it the last couple of days and he finally did it. Becca was a little unsure about it at first. She lets him give her kisses now that it is gone. So here are some before and after pictures. I think he looks good. Very different and lots younger but good. (I like how soft his face is) :)

Happy Birthday Michael

July 22nd was Michael's Birthday. While he was at work the girls and I were making plans. The girls made cards and painted pictures. After that they decorated the family room for Michael. It turned out very cute and Michael liked it. I made a Star Trek cake for Michael. Julie told me about how you can use wax paper and trace the picture that you want to do and then freeze it and transfer the picture to the cake. So I thought I would give it a try. It was a little hard at first but fun. Kelcee my babysitter for Becca helped me. We were laughing and having lots of fun. We got all done and Michael comes home and I show him the cake. He chuckles and I thought he was laughing because we put colored lights on the ship... Nope, he turned the cake upside down and then I saw it... I put the ship on upside down :) Even with the ship upside down Michael was still excited to have a Star Trek cake.

The gift I made Michael. It has a really cute poem on how little girls need their daddy's

John Deere Girl Already

My friend Karen made me this little John Deere Pillow for a gift one year. It has become Becca's favorite. She will not lay down without it. She loves to play with it and pretend to sleep on it as well as really sleep on it. Here are a few pictures of her with the pillow. She is a John Deere Girl already :)

4th of July and 9 Months

WE had a great 4th of July. In the morning we watch Arianna, Tenea, and Aneesia while Amanda and Travis served at the fireman BBQ. The girls wanted to paint pictures for Michael to hang up in his computer room. It was lots of fun. Then we went to the fireworks and they were awesome. Becca loved watching them she would clap her hands and say yeah. But after a few fireworks I guess she got bored cause she slept through the rest.
Becca is nine months and she is getting so big. I love watching her learn and grow. She is 20 lbs and 6 oz. and is 31 1/2 inches tall. The doctor said she is doing good. She is trying to walk or I should say she is trying to run. I think pretty soon she will have it down. Here are some pictures!
